• First, we create a baseline.  The baseline is determined with valuable input from you to determine the best communication fit to your business model.
  
• Second, we audit the bill and compare it to the baseline every month.  This includes providing you with reports, identifying errors, fixing those errors with the carrier, suggesting alternative rate plans and determining the best wireless fit with historical trending data.

All flat fee subscribers get the same monthly diagnostic and reporting services.  This means the bill comes first to the Bill Police via hardcopy, CD or Internet download.  The Bill Police analyzes the bill completely and identifies billing errors, usage anomalies, and other savings opportunities.  We then send you the entire bill along with our reporting for that month and an updated trend analysis.  You will get the whole story from our analysis; on a fraction of the material you review today.

For a flat fee per phone per month The Bill Police takes care of everything.  Once you review our analysis, we deal with the carrier to get billing errors corrected and make changes to wireless plans to further reduce wireless expense.  But we don't make plan changes until you have approved them... no surprises!

Some customers want a performance guarantee and are willing to share the results.  For those accounts we offer our shared savings plan.  You don't pay unless you save money.  Pay us half of what we save you, but you still keep 100% of the soft savings benefits!  With this option, there can be a floor price per phone per month to protect us and a ceiling price per phone per month to protect you. 

You may want to pay your bill via EFT, or need your reporting broken down by work group, division or job.  You may want our reporting to come to you electronically or via hard copy.
