Kae Zulager – CEO
A veteran to wireless communication industry of 13 years, Kae has worked for various communications firms in sales and marketing management positions. Kae received her bachelors degree from The College of Wooster and obtained her M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. At the office, she’s high energy and always sporting sincere passion for helping clients – which has aided in developing partnerships with some of the largest organizations in the United States.
Ronald Carpenter – Executive Vice President
With over 26 of multi-functional management experience, Ron brings loads of experience and a drive for excellence in developing new business. He has a bachelors degrees in marketing from Kent State University and Vietnam era veteran of the United States Army. Ron is a master of strategic partnerships and is directly involved with software development.
David Kunkel – Senior Vice President
David joined the Bill Police™ after serving on its advisory board since early 2003. He brings over 30 years of corporate legal experience, including extensive work with major systems development. He has been involved with telecommunications as well as having been a major contributor to the global development of the Internet since 1985. David received his B.A. with High Honors from the University of Virginia; his Ll.B. from the University of Pennsylvania; was a line and legal officer in the Navy; and practiced law with a major national law firm for 24 years before joining PSINet as a member of its board of directors and its General Counsel until mid-2000.
Clifton Rogers – Senior Analyst
Cliff is an expert in operational excellence with cross-functional experience in customer service, organizational and strategic planning, forecasting and trend projection, technical support and budget administration. He joins The Bill Police™ after 13 years of management with a large global manufacturing firm. A seasoned traveler, Cliff has trekked throughout Europe, Middle East, Far East, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
Daren Carpenter – Information Technology
Daren brings over two decades of I.T. experience to The Bill Police™ team. Before joining us in 2005, Daren held senior developer roles, often building complex programs for the medical, insurance and production industry. He is directly involved with the development and operations for our proprietary technology.
