Lately we seem to have been inundated with incompetent, error-prone and rude service providers.
So many organizations these days grow fast and forget what customer service is all about. We have had that problem as paying customers who seemed to be an inconvenience to our product or service providers (“man, business would really be great if it wasn’t for those pesky customers”).
